Capable of producing pressures in excess of 87,000psi,the PROLINE series Waterjet Intensifier Pump achieves much faster cutting speeds and drastically lowers operating costs compared to traditional 60,000psi waterjet pumps,enabling users to increase productivity and reduce part costs.
The PROLINE series produces 50%more pressure than a 60,000psi intensifier pump,resulting in a 40-50% increase in productivity for many materials.The PROLINE series supports a 75,000psi continuous operating pressure.Compared to a 60,000psi water jet pump,typical operating pressure of 75,000psi use 20% less water,30% less power,and up to 40% less abrasive,resulting in a 40% reduction in operating costs.They typically reduce taper by up to 0.001".The PROLINE series is capable of producing flow rates of 0.8 gpm and supports up to 0.013" orifice.Its fitting and tubing are rated for 100,000psi.
